c*funds helps parties who are looking to set up an investment fund with EIF co-investments. We work with promising PE’s, VC’s, family offices and Asset Management companies to set up new funds of 10 – 100 M EUR. In collaboration with these parties a concept of an investment fund is drawn up. This concept is sent to the European Investment Fund (EIF). EIF has available funding within different thematic funding mandates, we aid application for the EFSI Equity program (read more). Concepts which are approved are co-invested by EIF funding of up to 50% of the fund total. The innovation fund is meant to fuel investments, boost growth and most importantly enable a more free flow of investment capital beyond country borders in the EU. The process of setting up an EIF co-investment fund, including negotiations, lies between 4-6 months. c*funds has built up a rich portfolio on best practices for the ESFI Equity mandates..
