We work very actively with our clients (GP’s) as we act as a Project Manager for your fundraising campaign and Investor Relations Management. Our engagement reaches from fixing the market evidence/investment sweet spot till assessing and advising the right fund parameters and LP incentives.


As a proven concept of c*funds, we mainly work with a 1-year fundraising sprint to initiate your new fund.


Preparatory phase | Month 1:

  • Assessing your asset class and target fund size against the current LP market (appetite)
  • Assessment of the level of current fundraising documentation
  • Improving and complimenting fund marketing materials (teaser, pitch deck, fund synopsis)
  • Creating your new LP database for the campaign period

Phase 1 – Active Marketing | Month 2-5:

LP activation period (warm leads). Though calls, emails, and Zoom conferences.

We try to expose your fund offering to the best fitting LP’s who have an active mandate in your asset class and geographical region.

Phase 2 – Deal-Making Period | Month 5-12:

  • After active seeding, we will end up with a list of qualified (interested leads)
  • Setting up Face to face LP meetings
  • After a couple of calls and data room access, this is the period for lead activation, Due Diligence, and signing off the term sheets and LPA’s.

Phase 3 – Closing the fund | Months 12+:
